Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.

If your product is shipped and not yet delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them. Customer agrees to the decision made by www.sudarshandhoop.in.

In case you reject the order without accepting the parcel, the billed amount will be refunded after deduction of packing and forwarding charges etc. - 40% of the value of the consignment. In case you want to return the product purchased without opening the parcel and notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery, the billed amount will be refunded after deduction of 50% of the value of consignment.

Cancellation of order

The company ensures that communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person. The company can cancel the order when  it is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. Refunds will happen within reasonable time. If the mentioned delivery address is incorrect, and amount will be refunded after deduction of packing and forwarding charges - 40% of the value of the consignment

If our customer support fails to establish contact with you either through email or phone within reasonable time. Under suspicious condition of customer identity or fraud. 

Replacement

The Company offers you replacement of goods subject to following terms and conditions:

  • 1. In case of any defect found in the product, a replacement will be shipped to you in exchange for the defective product/s on notification of the same within 3 days from the date of delivery to support
  • 2 Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with www.sudarshandhoop.in and on notification of the same within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

Any product without a valid, readable, unhampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
